The short version
- In the app: Settings, Account, Delete account. It takes effect at once.
- Without the app: email hello@otterow.com from your account address and ask us to delete the account.
- Deleting removes your account, your shared row pages and the Apple sign-in token.
- Rows on your phone are not on our servers. They stay on your phone until you remove the app.
- Cancel any Otterow Pro subscription in Google Play or the App Store before you delete your account.

In the app
Go to Settings, Account, Delete account. Deletion takes effect at once.
Without the app
Email hello@otterow.com from the address of your account, or tell us which address that is, and ask us to delete the account. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email. We may ask one question to check that the request comes from the account owner.
What is deleted
- Your account, with your email address and nickname.
- Every shared row page.
- The Apple sign-in token, if you signed in with Apple.
- On request, your RevenueCat record.
What is not deleted
- Rows, workouts and settings on your phone. We have never held them on a server. Removing the app deletes them.
- Rooms. They end by themselves, as the privacy policy describes.
Otterow Pro
Otterow Pro is not on sale yet. When it is, deleting your account does not end a subscription. Cancel the subscription in Google Play or the App Store first.
Part of your data
You can ask us to delete only part of your data, such as one shared page, and keep your account. The app does this directly under Settings, Account, Shared links.
